AoFu GT issues

On my AoFu GT I've noticed when I turn a face that it feels like there is a ball bearing mechanism, making it very weird and awkward to turn. It feels like I'm turning a SS Pyraminx. Obviously there isn't ball bearings in the AoFu GT. Does anyone else have this issue? Is it possible I have a defective cube?

There's propably an internal piece that's turned the wrong way/stuck somewhere in there.

I don't have this problem? Mine doesn't click and is very smooth.
