Planning to make new cube store in UK

It seems that you have already discovered some demand in this very thread.
Thanks for your post, I think I will hold at least one of each, but only if the business is successful enough for me to be ale to afford to do that. At the moment I don't really have the money to spare to be able to do that but if I get enough business then I will.

Thanks! I'm working on the site in most of my spare time so it should be ready soon!

For now, I would suggest starting with WCA only puzzles. These are what most people come to buy. With non-WCA puzzles you'll find yourself ordering 20 and only selling 3. WCA puzzles are almost a guaranteed sell.

Great idea, but you should also consider analysing the investments made and the internal rate of return you get and so on to be sure your business will survive for awhile and it will be benefit for you and the clients.
As for the puzzles that you should sell, the WCA puzzles should be on top of the priority list including stickerless version (as it's more durable and cheaper in a long run), and eventually non-WCA ones that would include popular puzzles like: Ghost Cubes, Void Cubes, cuboids, ...;

Some questions:
1) Are you going to have 1-day delivery options like Amazon does ?
2) What service will you include like: pre-lubing, broking in, custom color scheme, birthday gift packaging with a custom message ?
3) How fast will you be to get the newest puzzles release ? Are you going to be as fast as Cubes4Speed and TheCubicle.us ?
4) If a puzzle that you don't sell is requested to you, are you going to privately sell it to the "asker" or wait until there's enough demands to add it to the store ?

1) Yes, for a small amount more than standard shipping, you can get Royal Mail First Class (Next day) shipping
2) Pre lubing (pieces only or core as well for an increased fee), breaking in, restickering (you can choose between half-brights and full-bright) and this will only be available after a while, when the store is more well known.
3) As fast as possible! :D
4) Both, I will sell it to the asker and then if the demand is high enough I will add it to the store.

Good :).

Would £50 for them both be OK (not including shipping), £53 including shipping? I would lubricate the pieces and break them in for free but if that is too much I could try and reduce them? (If I reduced the cube prices you would not get free lubrication)

UKCubeStore - £20.49 (Huachuang + lube/tension) + £31.99 (Aoshi + lube/tension) + £2.99 (shipping) = £55.47

So £53 is pretty gj

Sorry, I'm not going to Cuthberts but I should be able to get you those both before UKC.

How soon we're looking at? Would really love to have enough time to break them in before UKC though.

I'm happy with £50. However, I don't need the lubrication service and breaking in, as I like to do them myself. Would definitely throw in another fiver for a set of half bright 6x6 sticker too. :)

EDIT: £53 including shipping, £58 including stickers (if you have)

Either late this month or (very) early October.

as in you want it restickered or you want the stickers with it so you can sticker it yourself?
But anyway, that sounds good to me!
