I do either. Same hand in LSE (sometimes) and H/Z perms, but alternating in U perms, F2B and LSE (sometimes).

I'm not really neutral I alternate probably 80-90% of the time. I only do doubleflicks with the same hand if I know I won't need to do any U moves, only U' and U2'. I prefer using both hands since it leaves both of them free to do U and U' moves.

yeah I think its good to be able to do it both ways. i guess it would help with blocks to be neutral, because dem first blocks make you do some really awkward moves sometimes.
