Idk maybe people don't like the feel of a dyed cube, like when CBC died a Stickerless zhanchi black and he said the feel changed.

Why wouldn't you just buy the colour cube that you want in the first place, and the whole stickerless having a different feel is bogus, so dying them to be WCA legal is not worth it.

Because it probably won't look very good and might decrease the functionality of the cube.

You can't Phinagin. Black ones are out of stock. And while Aolong v1s are not produced, there are still white ones.

Who cares about the AoLong v1 any more at all? So many people have found better/different cubes that work just as well.

for me, the aolong is the best. it fits my style.

Is the V2 enhanced really that different? The design is EXACTLY the same except for the stupid corner thing. The typical "well it feels different" claim is dumb: cubes of the same model feel different.

The v1 is bubbler and more flexible, the corner stalks are even so slightly widened making the v2 to feel sturdy and squared.

Yeah they're very different regardless of whatever was changed. Thats why people spend close to $50 for the v1 as opposed to just buying the v2. I still use the v1 as my main
