I am going to assume no one else was competing at the time in the background, as this kind of reaction is highly disrespectful for other people competing and is generally not acting in the considerate manner that the WCA regulations impose, regardless of what kind of result one achieves.

He did a world record. Of course he will celebrate it and IMO he has all the right to do so. Once again I'll say that I don't even understand how this noise is even that disturbing in the first place during sighted events?

I mean I can understand demanding silence during bld but IMHO people can and should cheer/applaude for good solves (during sighted events).
