I've glued it, and it made it remarkably better. It takes a little finagling to get just right, but if you do, you will have an amazing cube. It is most definitely worth the "hassle." I have two, have done it to both, and love it. Best cube on the market. Funny to see the hype begin after Felix switched and alphalpha ranted. As far as cubes go, to each his (or her) own.

Well, indeed the one that i glued felt better than before, less flimsy. But somehow the glued one still doesn't feel as good as
my other two gan357, which are without any glue. Maybe i haven't done the best job when applying the glue, i don't know.
It seems that the pieces of my other two gan357 fit together very well, maybe thats the reason why the glued one doesn't
feel any better than these. And i agree, best cube on the market. Its my main since summer 2014.

Springs: The 11s make the cube feel more like a standard cube, a bit more blocky. This is because it reduces the phenomenal corner cutting ability from the maximum physically possible to like a regular ol normal 'great' cube (with a touch of exertion). I think the 11s were included because so many people were having difficulty wrapping there heads around a cube that feels as the Gans 357 feels. I maintain that it feels as it does because it wants to be in motion. I used the 11s for a day in my white 357. The tensions could not be loosened enough to have the maximum performance the cube can have.

Glue: Most importantly for many naysayers, gluing eradicates the "flimsy" feel. But, it must be done with care for precision, or else the individual pieces of the corner cubie may mis-align. I'd also sand the edges a touch. Beyond that, gluing aids in the illusion of structural stability (which the "flimsy" un-glued cube appeared not to have). I think the advantages are more sensual than actual, though I have had mine glued for the majority of my having them. Well, maybe I take that back. I do recall the un-glued corner cubie sometimes flexing when pushing through a soft lock-up, making the lock-up more detrimental, and slowing the solve down. Now, no soft lock-ups. Ever. I've never had a hard lock-up on the Gans 357.

Awesome, so what I gathered is...

8mm springs gives a smoother (but possibly looser feel)
11mm springs give a more standard cube feel but takes away some of the insane cutting ability
gluing pieces makes the cube feel more solid but is might not be a huge difference.

Looks like I'm going to have to get the whole set and experiment. Thank you

What are these "8 and 11mm" springs we are talking about?
Does Gans 357 now come with alternative sets of springs or something?

Got mine yesterday and its really great at least for me XD
checked tensions and adjusted a lil bit but overall it was well tensioned
Im a 30-40s solver and used to use aolong v2
might be placebo or something but I just got a 26s solve with gans XD and my times are much betterino

Got mine today (order arrived in less than 10 days, though lightake failed to shipped the nut-driver).
Loud but it has great potential. Up there with hualong and aolong...
A bit faster than the 356 (with corner mod). Like it because it is bigger.

Did Ganpuzzle just revamp its logo on the sticker?
The one I got is in silver while the one advertised is in coloured?

Found another website with the same logo (356):

The typical logo most of us have:

[fired an email to lightake, but had received no reply regarding this, or on the missing nut-driver]
