What to do at a 33second average?

Title says it all, I'm currently averaging 32 or 33 seconds of 12 solves. I haven't made any progress in awhile. Should I start learning algs since I only use a 2 look OLL?

I'm at the same level, but right now I'm concentrating on big cubes. BTW, the spoiler spoiled nothing, everyone knew it was coming.

My rubiks 4x4 is horrible and I have an ES one comming soon. probably will get some V cubes soon too.

No need for a breakdown, I already know you need to work on your F2L. Algorithm speed comes with time and repetition, so that doesnt leave much besides F2L to be seriously practicing. Two-look OLL should do you good for a while. What you need is a smooth F2L with lots of look ahead, fingertricks, and few rotations.

Practice. That's all. I was stuck at that exact same barrier for a few weeks and then i just broke through one day. OLLs aer not important now either. I'm still a 3-looker but i have a 24 second average

Ok, thanks that helps a lot. I thought it was because I have like a 10-15 second last layer. I usually finish F2L at about 20 or 21 seconds, what's the ideal time for you?

lol, I'm not sure if some people noticed that this is a one-handed solving question, not a two-handed solving one.

I myself thought that Squeek was asking for 2H help as well. However, I noticed that his signature says that he's sub-20 on 3x3x3 solving two-handed, so he's fine on that. So it's clear that he's asking for help on one-handed solving, yet some people seemed to answer as if it was a two-handed solving question.

Just wanted to clarify that.

Maybe add "OH" to your title?

Maybe just look at the top of the page and see what forum you are in...
either way the advice is that same. Practice more. Finish learning the LL algs.

I am talking about OH and I am at the same time as you now.
I've already learned OH friendly PLL, I don't know about you...
My cross really sucks (2-6 seconds) and my F2L is really random (11-over 30 seconds) Sometimes my hand dies on LL and it takes me over 10s for OLL because I'm a 2 Look OLLer even though sometimes I actually spend a longer time on 1 look OLLs.
For me, it is consistent pacing and look ahead. For you, it could be anything... Try do some self assessment...
