Wassup, I'm knew to this forum obviously. I got my first Rubik's Cube about 2 years ago and as soon as I got it I did the beginners method without memorizing the algorithms to solve it. It was an original Rubik's brand cube and it was so stiff but I didn't know any better. I learned from the Rubik's website beginner's method tutorial, probably not the best tutorial out there but I managed haha. I've never been to a cubing competition, but my personal record right now is 36.42 seconds. I don't time myself much at all though, but I do average around 50 seconds. I use a stickerless Moyu Yulong 3x3 and a black Shengshou V3 Aurora 3x3. I only know how to solve the 3x3, but I would love to learn how to solve other sizes and cuboids. I recently just touched the surface of blind fold solving, and I would like to start to learn that but it looks like a challenge. I use Fridrich Method and I'm currently learning the rest of my OLLs and still a few PLLs.

I'm 17 and I live in Ohio in the US. I'm a junior in highschool. Beside cubing, I'm big into soccer and I play varsity center-back at my school. I also LOVE to play chess, I'm fairly good at it. I like being nice and making friends, who doesn't?

I like chess! I'm better than people who never practice, but only better than like 5% of those who do.

I like chess; I played it every day for a while with my friends, but I could only beat the ones who never practiced or weren't that good. I'd like to get back into it. More on the cubing subject, welcome to the forums! I think you'll love it here!

scrabble blows my mind. i remember i say a video of a finals of some tournament and it was crazy. in 3-4 turns one guy had 300 and the other guy 250. they were using all their tiles up every turn.

The top players, like Nigel Richards (who I suspect is a robot), memorise entire dictionaries, and it's crazy.
