I have been cubing since three months. [Switched to a DaYan ZhanChi last month :3 ]
As of now, I can perform full CFOP with 2LookOLL and 2LookPLL.
I've seen many people get to sub-20 only with 2Look.
How can I become faster? My F2L is the longest, it takes almost 35 seconds for the F2L and the cross.

Turn really slowly at 1 tps, and do timed f2l only solves (scramble, solve cross then start timer). I suspect you have pauses, and if you turn slowly and look around the cube while solving pieces, you will be able to turn more smoothly. With 1 tps, you should get 35s f2l because it should not take more than 35 moves. When you feel comfortable, increase turn speed to 2 then 3. 3/4 is enough for sub 20. Make sure when you are solving untimed cross to find short solutions under 8 moves. For last layer, work on execution of algs and recognition. 2 look algs are short, and can be sub 3 easy, especially oll. Once you are at about 40 seconds total solve, start learning the easy pll algs like J and T, then once you get faster, learn more. Try to practice at least an hour a day.

Soon it would be a good idea to learn full PLL.

Before you end up averaging 27 secs... and... uh... using 4LLL... umm...

1 TPS is probably too slow. Also, he said he knows 2 look PLL, which includes the T perm.

1 tps is just to get fluid turning. You dont want 5 tps at 21s with lots of pauses. Im sub 15 and I turn 4 tps on intuitive steps and between 7 and 12 on algs.
Starting with 1tps encourages more relaxed style and makes learning lookahead a lot easier. I dont expect anyone to actually solve at 1 tps, but its good practice. T perm is not 2 look, because it also messes up two edges on left and right. The corner algs are the ones where a corner is solved and there is a counter clockwise/clockwise swap, and I think 1 or 2 more.

I agree with the 1 tps thing for slow turning. But also just familiarize yourself more with F2L cases, so when you see the pieces you immediately know what to do. Once you do this, f2l will be smoother because you don't have to think about each individual move, and you can start looking ahead. You should practice things blindfolded too: take as much inspection as you need to plan your cross; then try to solve it blindfolded. If you mess up, re scramble and try to figure out where you went wrong. Then do this for each f2l pair. This will make the cases second nature since you will have to know how to solve a pair in one look. Then after a while you can try two pairs blindfolded.

And T perm can be part of 2 look PLL if you do CP first.

Not necessarily. The 2 look PLL I knew used A-perm and E-perm for corners.

It all depends on the order of solving pieces. Technically, I could do corner orientation first, then edge orientation, then edge permutation, then corner permutation. My co algs would be beast and sub 1, my eo would suck, ep would be meh, and cp would be ok. All of these steps have different algs. And you use the best one in two look based on what pieces you want to preserve.

thank you so much.
I'll start timing my F2L and move on with the full PLL!

One thing you should try not to do is learn many different methods in search of the one that suits you the best. I did it a year ago, and it's not worth the effort. The result is that you like aspects of certain methods keep using that method as you learn more. Sure i'm getting 25ish second averages with 4-6 different methods, but i'm not actually improving cause I keep switching. And although I have found one that I like better than the others, I get lazy and don't learn the necessary algs, and fall back to my first method and don't go anywhere for a while.

Tldr: From experience, learning lots of methods doesn't get you any where you'd like to be. It's ok to search, but just don't learn 12+ methods

think about F2L, try and do it intuatively, with different algorithims, you are probably taking to long to think about it, if you can't find the right algorithim in 2 seconds just use the begginers algorithim to get it in, you can learn proper F2L later

I started learning full PLL when I'm at 50 seconds total solve..I learned about 16 out of 21 algs and it decreases my time from 50 ++ secs to 30 secs average. Now my PB is 24 secs
