I'd like to buy one that doesn't pop that often (or doesn't pop at all) or breaks easily.
Which Meffert's Pyraminx do you recommend?

Is it the one with the shiny stickers? If so, I heard bad reviews of it breaking easily and just falling apart.

Aren't the tiles sharp? Or did Meffert's change them?
I would buy the "original" one because the vinyl lasts a long time, unlike PET stickers that will peel and you will have to buy replacements from Cubesmith.

They don't bother me. Either I'm not noticing it, or they vary, or Mefferts changed them.

The original is $22 and the PET is $16.
If they have the same mechanism, why is there an $6 difference in price? Do the stickers make that much of a difference?

Neither - they are a bad quality pyraminx.
Mine pops almost every solve, because the edge isnt held into the puzzle well at all. Also, it doesn't turn very well.

I have used others except for the Original, and it works great. I have never had any problems with it.
