QJ Pyraminx Cystal vs. Meffert's Pyraminx Crystal.

I was digging around for a while and didn't find much information about this at all. All I know is the Meffert's version is $42.00 and the QJ version is $13,99. Is the Meffert's version *that* much better? Also, are there any better versions out there? Or better yet, does anyone have a tweaked/tensioned/modded version that they would like to sell me?
