How would you tackle this F2L case?

Setup: R U R' U' F' U' F U

This case has been bothering me for a while, I just can't find a solution for it that I like! When I first started, I used:

(R U' R' U') (R U' R' U) (R U R')

But that was a bit too long, so then I tried:

(R' U' R' U') R' (U R U R)

Which is ok, but I always fumble it when I try to execute it quickly. Recently, I've been toying with:

d' (L' U L) d (R U' R')

Which I think has potential, but I don't really like the use of double layer turns.

How would you tackle this case? Please assume that every other F2L slot is filled. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I know the ZBF2Ls, and a few other ways.
I'll put it in notation real fast.

If the slot in the back is open then:

y x U' R' U' R U

If the slot in the back is not open, but the slot to the left is open, then I do:

U2 x U L U' L' U'

If neither are options, I'll do a ZBF2L.
The things I noted above are not ZBF2Ls.

EDIT: I forgot to see that part that said all slots are filled, my bad. I'm sorry. :fp

y x U' R' U' R U

If the slot at the back is open, this becomes one of my favourite cases!

R2 (U' R' U) R2

Depends on the case, obviously if I just have to swap two edges to solve the cube, I'm going to use the first. In a case where I wouldn't recognize anything that I should use a certain alg for, I would just use (y') U' L' U L U y R U' R'. However, I should probably switch.
I like the second algorithm best from your list,
however, I will probably switch to Diniz's alg.

Jiggy, I once used that case, but I found my case was faster due to the double turns on your case.
(Negligibly so, less than .3 of a second.)

Haha, every .3 of a second counts! The case doesn't require a cube rotation, though, and I find that the x can put you in an awkward position for look ahead.

Andreas737, I quite like that alg, it's basically the same as the third one I suggested in the OP. I think I would use it if I came across a situation where the edge was already presented in front but I don't like the idea of using two cube rotations/double layer turns where they aren't strictly required.

EDIT: Diniz, I quite like that alg (although not as much as I like your avatar!) but, again, you don't strictly speaking need to use F turns for this case (as it doesn't require cube rotations) so I'd like to avoid them if possible. I'm definitely going to try out your alg though, I think I'm being too picky! :p

EDIT AGAIN:
I do either that or U'M'URU'MUR' if I want to force an OLL skip.

You need to know these tricks if you wanna be a CFOP master like me.
Oooo...I like! I'm not usually a M turn kinda guy, but that alg has a very nice flow to it! This might be my favourite so far! :)

Guys, guys, it's all about (U') F' R U R' U' R' F R. PB is 0.44.
EDIT: Correction, 0.41.
Ooo, that is another good one! I find that first F' a bit slow, but after that the whole alg has a really nice flow to it, especially the end! Thanks!

Try index finger push on RFU, it puts your finger in position for the U and makes it flow like a dream :)
