Wouldn't it make sence for him to just do bld during normal solves (since he's faster)?

Wow, that's true! His execution when blindfolded and using his blindfold method is faster than many cubers using Fridrich. Many cubers struggle to get past the 20 second barrier with open eyes, and he has done it with his eyes closed! Amazing!

He could use the 15-sec inspection time to memorise the cube and solve it blindfolded and do sub-20 for normal solves.

He da man. Ya. DA man.
