Yu Nakajima's solve video is featured on Youtube!

Why isn't his 7.85 solve featured, though?

Probably because it is more 'fake' than this one. ;)

Edit: Also amused at the video responses and some of the comments... Not going to read all of them, but yeah. I think this comment sums it up nicely:

"he memorized it"
Prove it, dumb***.

"doesn't contribute to society"
Apply the viewpoint to football and catching a ball and seeing how far you can run with it towards a line before someone knocks you down is useless as well.

I swear, I'm surrounded by dumb people.

gotta love the youtube comments sometimes... Glad that Rubik's cube is moving back into spotlight recently :)

some roflcomments:
"it really is 10sec!!! i timed it on my watch!"

"dude he just remembers how many times he turns it and wat direction he turned it in its not that hard"

dude its totally fake! you noobs are so gullible! obviously its not possible to solve a cube that fast, no one has dont it on youtube before, or in world competitions! ever! he obviously altered the space time continuum with a hyper force generator that allows him to manipulate anything he wants to! its so simple!

its funny how ignorant people are. if he did the scramble in reverse, it would have been a hell of a lot faster than 10 seconds

Haha, I think he should try to memorize a 20 move scramble. Much more brain power then to just solve it.

"uhh aren't there only four sides to a cube?"
"i'd have to see this **** in person because you can do so much editing with a video.. because you can make a video backwards and then play it forward."

Well, the first one obviously never took kindergarten.
And the second one... Notice how he dropped the cube at the end. Backwards would mean that the cube is floating to his hands. People have no common sense.

my all time favorite YouTube comment would be a comment on the NASA moon landing video... it was something like:

"You idiots, it was filmed on a sound stage on mars!"
seriously though, youtube comments = fun for the whole family... especially on science related topics

"dude he just remembers how many times he turns it and wat direction he turned it in its not that hard"

Did anyone actually tried this (meaning scramble the cube with a 25 move scramble, learn the reverse and perform it) ? Is it that easy ?

Erik and me give 'inversed Fridirch solves' to each other sometimes as scrambles. Start with the inverse of a good PLL, than the inverse of a nice OLL, then the inverse of 4 pairs (in logical order, like FR LF BL RB for example), then 2 or 3 moves for the cross. It's easy to get sub10 on those.
