YouTube channel not growing

At least from my experience, your channel will grow if you are making videos that people like. It also helps to make really high quality videos that are enjoyable to watch. Take a look at the top YouTube cubers and see what they are doing, and try it yourself!

But yet don't copy them. Have unique ideas.

If you just have a generic cubing channel with generic cubing videos, you're not going to grow very much. You have to stand out in some way.

OK, some thoughts:

First, thanks for posting the videos of the Spokane Winter comp. I was one of the organizers and had a blast. Glad to know you had a good time as well! You even got a few seconds of one of my awful 4x4 solves in there, LOL.

Second, I think right now your videos are just a little generic. They look fine They sound fine. You do a pretty nice job. They just don't really stand out. And most of the puzzles you've covered lately are just a little outdated, like the kilominx.

So, my advice? Keep plugging away. Think of ways to improve the look or structure of your videos. Think of new, different content you can create. I know you love doing megaminx - maybe you can focus there a bit? Anyway, try not to be discouraged.

I've always wanted to see top cubers do walkthrough solves on puzzles they're bad at (or have no idea how to do.)

My tip would be to use your YouTube channel stats to find out more about why you aren't retaining subscribers. Who's watching? What are they using to watch? How long are people watching for?

Currently I have 700 subs and in dire need of 300 more.
I have posted nearly 380 videos till now ranging from tutorials, walkthroughs and official and unofficial solves.

For 380 videos, 700 subs is quite low, I would like to analyze and find the reason why the growth of a YT channel gets stunted after a while.

I have been on Youtube since August 2013 so its nearly 5 years and 700 subs for 5 years is less yo.

My channel is on the speedsolving method of Roux
and on new blindfold cube solving techniques yo.

The content that I make is pretty advanced and more focussed towards blindsolving. Maybe that can be the reason why only few people watch my content as my videos are quite difficult to understand.

I also have Roux method tutorial in 4 languages so I aim for multilingual and global traffic.

As ollie pointed out, I want to focus on the questions
Why aren't you retaining subscribers?
Who's watching?
Do the people who watch spread the word about my channel by sharing my channel name?
How long are people watching for?
