It will be 2030 because to go from Sub-7 to Sub-6, it took 4 years then from Sub-6 to Sub-5 it took 5 years. So, chances are to go from Sub-5 to Sub-4 it will take 7 years, since it is much harder to go from Sub-5 to 4 then from 6 to 5. Obviously, lucky scrambles can change everything, but this is my prediction.

It's probably not cancelled, it's just taking the organisers a long time to upload results, this happened with all the previous comps I've been to as well.
