These are all Ys and pick one that fits you.

Wow. Really? Did you try? d (as opposed to D) means that you turn the bottom layer and the middle layer at the same time. A 2x2 obviously doesn't have a middle layer, so you have nothing to worry about. It's essentially just a D.

Are there any that are repetive or easy pattern to remeber?

If you mean "repetitive or easy pattern to remember" ( :) ) then just try the algorithm I suggest.

This sequence has a natural feel to it -- let me talk you through it...
R U' R' U' --- just like the Sune you quote with all the Upper face moves as U-primes, these are done with the left index finger. The Right hand is doing a "bounce" move: R __ R'
F2 U' --- the F2 breaks this up a bit and is done with the Right hand and the U' is what the Left hand is doing anyway.
R U R' --- Now a change of tack: this is a fast Right hand trigger.
D R2 --- The Left hand gets involved: the ring finger performs the D and we can now see that all we need to do is an R2 to finish off.

What is it you're using at the moment?

I'd suggest either doing the 'normal' one or this one:
R' U' R F2 R' U R d R2 U' R2' U' R2

but I know people like Dan Cohen use another one that I don't really like, and will tell you otherwise.

Wow, I don't think I've seen that before...I like it.

F2 is a little klunky in that spot, though...I find myself executing it like this:

(R' U' l D2 'l U R U) y' (R2 U' R2 U' R2)

The l D2 l' make for a nice "bounce."

start the regular movements like this:
left thumb on Front, fingers on Back
right thumb on Up, fingers on Down

R' -wrist it
U'-left pointer finger
R-wrist it
F2-right ring finger

etc.

Yep...that is precisely why I notate as "D2"

Thanks! I've been doing the T- Perm twice, which took a lot of time in my solve.

If you're doing the standard T-perm, then how can learning the Y-perm be any more difficult? The T-perm is just two OLLs with cancellations, and the Y perm just switches the two OLLs.

T-Perm: R U R' U' R' F R2 U' R' U' R U R' F'
T-Perm w/o cancellations: (R U R' U' R' F R F') (F R U' R' U' R U R' F')
Y-Perm: (F R U' R' U' R U R' F') (R U R' U' R' F R F')
