How it works?

1. Purchase a pre-order of the X-cube 4 from my website (linked above).
2. Wait until there are atleast 12 pre-orders before I am able to order 1 lot of 12 from the supplier in Taiwan (see list below)
3. Wait 5-7 days for the order to arrive at puzzle addictions, I will then ship out to individuals. (see status below)
4. Wait 3-14 days for your X-cube to arrive. (3-10 days North America, 7-14 days everywhere else)

There is something wrong: after 3 weeks from the payment of 52$ has not been sent anything yet, not even an explanation for the delay nothing, nada, rien, nichts
Should I be worried or is it normal to do business in this way

I'm sorry for the delay in the orders of these 2 lots. I'm waiting for xb to send them to me, and I haven't gotten a tracking number from him yet. His last email mentioned he had assembled most of them free of charge. For some of you it has been up to 4 weeks of waiting, so I will send an extra puzzle to each person.

After this I will no longer do pre-orders for X-cube. Someday soon I will have them in stock instead.

I will continue to offer services for the x-cube when they are in stock. I might also have mod services for other cubes like the guhong. There will be a waiting list for the services though. Modding can take a while.

So that's the story. Then i wouldn't be bother to wait a little longer to see the postman giving me the "late valentine gift".

Hi, izovire, Sorry for being late. I've been working hard assembling those cubes for you in the winter vacation. But I still didn't receive your money. I have PM you and told you to check your bank of it again 3 days ago.
Please reply me in next 2 days. Or I will have to release the assemble cubes to other costomers. Then it will take more time to have assembled cubes again. Because the vacation is over and now I have many school works to do.

I'll be right on it tomorrow if my bank is open. It's a good thing I have a receipt for it, because they said it had transferred but apparently not.

Well thats atleast something, but it doesn't really solve the problem at hand...

And is it just me or don't you respond to your customers via email? This is still your email right? puzzleaddictions(at)gmail(dot)com
