By his PRs, it might seem likely, but his recent results show that he might not podium. If you compare his recent results with other people in the top 10, you'll see why

Look at his YouTube he has some insane times. he grinds big cubes frequently and you can't do great everyday officially.

His last official 6x6 and 7x7 results were the WR2s, unless something happened recently and it isn’t up. But even if it was just one comp, I think everyone has slip-ups. I suppose Tymon, Lim Hung, and Ciarán are pretty close though. All of them plus Max honestly have a shot. Worlds is also in South Korea, so I wonder if that factor would be in Seung‘s favor.
