World Championships live feed?

[4EverCuber]

Does anyone know if the World Championships will have live coverage on the internet?

I tried doing a search and failed to find anything. I also tried asking in the "The one answer question thread" and no reply was forthcoming. Figured I try my luck in a standalone thread.

Has this been done for any other competition before? I'd sure as hell watch anyway, raging I'm too poor to go.

You're probably right. It was a stab in the dark hoping that this hobby would have the same kind of following as say.... a StarCraft 2 GSL tournament.

I believe they're looking into it. There was a live feed of the Asian Open at the same venue. A few cameras.

Ron said he will make sure the links will be available in time. So there will be live streaming link(s). I think you just have to chech the wc2011 website. I remember I watched last year Asian Champs and it was a lot of fun!
