Why no Gan356 Air SM stickerless?

I wonder why, considering the popularity of stickerless colored cubes, the flagship of Gan is not available with a stickerless option. Any idea?

Firstly, it's because the mechanism doesn't allow for a stickerless design. Secondly, the SM has long ago replaced the UM as their flagship cube.

Because they use one-piece caps for both the edge and corner pieces. For stickerless cubes, you have to have two separate pieces for the edges (one for each color) and three separate pieces (one for each color) for the corners.
