Who knows these algs?

I ask because this keeps popping up in my 5x5 solves.. I don't know how to complete this edge set when this occurs. I have to just do random algs until i have a new set up... it is a huge waste of time. If you know the algs for this set up, please type it here, or link me :P Thanks

Randy

set up (A)
[x][x][x][x][x]
[x][x][x][x][R]
[x][x][x][x][R]
[R][x][x][x][x]
[x][x][x][x][x]

Move R this way
------------>>>
Alg:__________?

set up (B)
[x][x][x][x][x]
[R][x][x][x][x]
[R][x][x][x][x]
[x][x][x][x][R]
[x][x][x][x][x]

Move R this way
<<<------------
Alg:__________?

This i after i have filled in the U and D. All 8 top and bottom edges are complete, so i can't just turn 90 and move to the top or bottom layer.

I cannot tell from the picture alone. The only parity that is possible with my system is the dL and dR edge-swap. His pictures look like it, but he also says "All 8 top and bottom edges are complete". That means the other 4 (actually 4*2=8 semi-pairs with my method) pairs are not complete.

For the A case he mentions, I would just do
1) B' to move a semi-pair (or worse) to the top layer
2) d-slice to make the pair
3) R U R' to replace the pair with the semi-pair from the top layer
4) undo d-slice

The B case is just the same, only mirrored.

Offcourse there might be a better way to do this, but than I would need to now the configuration of the other unsolved (semi) pairs.

AvGalen,

I like your method. I need to watch the video (or use youtubex.com to download it) and give it a go. Thank you for the reply. I think you made my day :D
