White Lithium Grease as lube

doesnt say much about plastics.
Btw. to canadians where do you buy shock oil? (cant seem to find at canadian tire. mayb im blind?)

i found the link to an online supplier for shock oil but im wondering if anyoen knwos where i can purchase this in Canada, preferably Markham Ontario
