For most people, 3x3 I think because there are so many shape mods of 3x3s compared to other puzzles

3x3 by a long shot. I have 20 3x3's, second for me is 2x2 of which I have 7. I also have 3 4x4's 2 5x5's, 2 Pyraminxes, 2 Skewbs, 2 Square-1s, 1 Megaminx, 1 FTO, and 1 Clock.
