You use the R U' R' one?

I like my alg for double J's but it's just too slow to AUF both before and after.

For Y top J bottom I use R' F U' R2 U F' R. That alg and double J in back, and double J in front are all sub1-able for me (though I do double J in front a lot less often so it's usually slower and probably not often sub1).
