Which 4x4 cube to use?

I need a new 4x4 and wasn't sure which cube use? I obviously know the x-cube is the best but it is out of my price range and I am not the best at 4x4. I was in between the dayan+mfe or the sheng-shou.

I know the Dayan pops a lot but is the fastest.

Which one should I get, or is there a better alternative?

the dayan pops one in ten solves if you tighten the shells of the 2x2 in the 4x4
it also doesn't use a v-mech

Get the Shenshou. Although it locks up more then a Dayan does, it is far better in the fact that you dont have to deal with a pop every solve. Shenshou's get pretty fast with some breaking in though(and some shock oil).
