where to buy a good megaminx?

[AlanAlanine]

Where can I buy a good megaminx? The two former world record holders websites say to get a Mefferts tiled one -- but they've been out of stock for forever.

Is there anywhere else I can find an equivalent minx? I have one from deal extreme but it's just okay -- not amazing. The dx one is also rather small.

I got the MF8 megaminx from rubikfans. I believe cube4you sells it too. The MF8 turns pretty good, actually very good, but it pops like crazy. I suggest you tighten the screws on it if you do get it.

I got this one from PUZL. Although it is my only Megaminx so my opinion may not be fully justifiable, I really like it. It turns very smoothly and has good tiles. I have never had it pop since I got it.

Cube4you or cubefans is always a good option.

I got a PVC one off of C4U but it sucked... after I put some "pyroil" (I think getting something that straight out says "CRC" would be better) it turns pretty smoothly...
