I think Sub-4 will only happen if you take:
YIheng/Ruihang - TPS
Max Park - Lookahead
Tymon - Efficiency
SkewbIsTheBestEvent - Luck
and combine it into one person, then sub-4 is possible.
This will likely only happen around 2030, but that person is unknown. It could also be Yiheng, Ruihang, Max, or Tymon if one of them improves all the other categories. Tymon is definitely improving his TPS and he recently got a 5.05 average, which could have been WR, since he had two counting fours.
