Which ever one you like the best. Try them all.

Fredrich with alg f2l and full look OLL and PLL is most common.

For COLL to be useful you need to be:
1. Real fast at edge permutation PLLs (H, Z, U perms)
2. Capable of a 4th slot insertion to force edge-oriented OLL (VHF2L or ZBF2L)

If you are not planning to be 1. and 2., then forget about COLL.
