What was a time that you had a VERY lucky case, and you SCREWED it up?

In competition I had PLL at 7, G perm and got a 14
I averaged (and still do) 14 seconds so it didn't ruin my average, just ruined my mental.

My first sub 10 fail, I got to H perm at 7.5, I locked up the worst that I’ve ever locked up on an h perm. I got a 13

I got a very lucky scramble a few days ago, but I accidentally let go of the space bar too soon to start the timer. When I redid the solve, I got a 9.70 (my first sub-10), but couldn’t count it
