What to learn after fridrich?

If you use ZBF2L, you still have to do OLL and PLL, hence wasting time at doing ZBF2L. I already learnt Full OLL
Right now i'm using a special F2L that gives me a bar OLL. Mostly T-OLL

you use the same stages, but if your 2 look OLLs are a lot faster than your other OLLs then it could be worth it...
personally i think that you should learn (from beginning)...
LBL (cross on top)
4look LL
F2L
PLL
OLL (finishing fridrich...)
ZZ - just because of EOLine :)
VHF2L
COLL
Dedicated Multislotting practice...
ZBF2L
ZBLL
One Look LL;)

take a break, and do some other twisty puzzles for a long time. seriously.
get to ~4s on 2x2, ~1 min on 4x4 and ~2 min on 5x5. sub 2 megaminx. sub 6 pyraminx.
just practice everything else BUT 3x3.
then when you come back to it, you will probably find you've improved.

I'm jack of all trades, but master of none.
i play bicube/banadged cube, megaminx, pyraminx, triamese, siamese, 2x2, 4x4, 5x5 extended 3x3x5, Magic, Snake and square-1.
But still have not improved.

well stop cubing for a bit.
seriously.

find another hobby. learn to juggle, learn to do card tricks, play Go or Chess or something, read some books, teach yourself a new subject, do some penspinning.

Then return to cubing. dont practice fridrich. start learning a different method, like a blockbuilding method, or intuitive method.
if you hit a brick wall, just leave it and do something else. when you return, in all likelihood it will have gone.
and remember, amateurs practice until they can get it right, pros practice until they cannot get it wrong.
that quote relates to music, but i think there's some truth in that for cubing also.
P.S dont leave cubing for too long:)
