What times do you consider to be "normal"?

What do you consider to be a "normal" average?

For me like 17's but umm... for all cubers maybe Minute-ish for people who don't care, 6 months in maybe 35 ish, 1 year in sub-20 ish, and yeahhhh. I think it's hard to describe normal.

I say 2:00 plus. The majority of the population can not solve a cube, and the faster you go, the fewer people that can solve that fast. So there are clearly more people who can solve the cube in 2 minutes than who can solve it in 1 minute, 30 seconds 15 seconds, etc. thus making it more "normal".

I've been cubing for 2 months and I'm 35 ish.

On the thread, I think around 25 seconds would be average for "cubers".
I consider cubers as people who either go to comps, or meetups, or wish to. Being able to solve a cube doesn't mean that you're a cuber. So yeah, around 25 seconds methinks.

i agree with you, except change all the 25's to 35

Yay, I'm normal then.

if it's between cubers... i would say about 20-30... if it's between non cuber i guess it's 2:00+

What you think is an average 3x3 time

What would, in you opinion, be the average time a cuber can solve a 3x3?

(Not your average, but all cubers in general)

It may be due to my low-10 global average, but considering my perception of how easy it is to be sub-15, I consider it pretty normal, or at least easily achievable.
