I voted 3x3 since skills in 3x3 transfer to pretty much every other puzzle nicely.
I also voted megaminx cause you don't know how to solve it so you can't compete.

Agree with above post, unless your 4x4 sucks then dont because it is really frustrating </rantaboutmyownproblems>
s'ok I ordered a dayan mf8 4x4 from icubemart along with my LunHui ;)

But no, seriously. 4x4 is fun and like Eric says you still get a bit of 3x3 practice at the same time if you use reduction

3x3 improvement = 2x2, 4x4, 234 relay, and possibly megaminx improvement. So pyraminx then.

I hate to be a jerk, but I'd say practice everything (no I didn't vote.)

3x3 and 2x2 can definitely be improved quickly. However, I still say practice everything because you didn't provide times for some of the other puzzles. At least time them - even that will be practice :)

Well, I'd say work on 3x3 and do everything else as a side.
But take time to explore all the methods with your 3x3; see which one suits you- ZZ, Petrus, Roux, Heise, whatever (notice I didn't mention CFOP :) just kidding, it might work for you).
I focus on 3x3, but do other puzzles when I feel like it. That way, you get fast at 3x3, which helps your general cubing knowledge and skill, while having fun with other puzzles.

Improving big cubes helps with 3x3 as well, particularly if you're just starting out in cubing. Recognition is hard for beginners to grasp, and solving big cubes helps with that.

At this point, I'd say a good nuanced answer would be that you should work on everything, but focus on 3x3 first. Once you're comfortable with that (not necessarily fast), focus on big cubes for a week and come back to 3x3. You'll be able to see improvement in all cubic puzzles that way. (hopefully).
