What should I do about my restless method disorder?

All this brings me to today where I am sub 20 at most methods, and I don't know what to stick with, the methods have their own pros and cons and they contain awesome alg sets in each method, and I think I'm losing the fight to decide which to main. So any help or tips you can give me to beat this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure what you actually mean when you're asking for tips regarding your "restless method disorder". Do you want to not want to use more than one method? Is that your goal? To pick one of these methods and not have to feel the need to use the other ones?

I think there are usually two pretty easy answers. The first is that lukewarm, generic "just do whatever and have fun".

You can probably just keep using whatever method you want to use. As long as you're reasonably consistent with your practice, you'll still improve, although it probably will be a little slower than if you picked one method. You might start gravitating toward one in general, and if not, then at least you're still having fun, even if you don't have a "main" method. Don't worry about needing to pick a method, just keep cubing.
This answer might not be as concrete as you want, but it's easier to do than the other.

The second answer is a bit harsher but is also pretty straight forward and I think most people know it even if they don't want to admit it. Just... pick one. There are obviously pros and cons to all methods, and you're going to have to just deal with it.

Roux and CFOP are the obvious choices if you want to be fast as they have been "officially proven" to be methods that can produce the fastest results. CFOP has an overwhelming amount of resources and coaching services available, so I would recommend that you use that. Maybe Roux or ZZ have lower speed ceilings, but you probably aren't going to be pushing the sub 6 territory where difference in method starts to matter. They have vastly fewer resources than CFOP so it would be harder to get fast as fast. Even if you don't go with CFOP way, picking one method and sticking with it will get you faster faster than if you have your attention split between 3-4 different methods.

Once I tried other methods I could never stick with Cfop, I just found it boring in the since that I found f2l and oll pll very boring to go back to after trying zz and roux, I eventually tried petrus and had more fun with it than any other method I ever tried, so I stuck with that.

I'd recommend getting into OH and FMC. FMC is a great place to itch that method scratch without needing to overly commit and hinder your progress. OH is also a good event to pick up a secondary method since its a bit less demanding and you can take advantage of OH amnesia. Regardless you're going to have to choose a main method.
