(I don't know if this has been posted already if so I'm sorry)
Just something to get my mind going on what method to learn. I currently am using the layer by layer method so I am not that fast.... So I was wondering, what do you use, what's your best/average time, and how long you have been cubing for.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!! (=

cubing for 4,5 months now and actual learning fridrich, i still need most OLLs and nearly half of PLLs, average is about 28 but it just took advantage the last 2 months a lot, learnt F2L after about 1 or 1,5 month.

Well, first I need to know how fast you can solve a cube before I can give you specific instructions on what to do. As for me I have been cubing for about 2 months, I taught myself a layer by layer where I average about 55 with fastest at 47, now I'm working on F2L + simplified version of fridrichs and can average around 1:15 with it (Don't have any besides one of the algorithms memorized, planning on it during the next couple of weeks) and started that method about 2 weeks ago (been really busy latetly)

been cubing for 6 days...I use LBL but only know 2 algos for middle layer and 2 algos for last... (3x3x3) fastest is 1:30 average 1:45
for 2x2x2 been cubing for 1 day ... use CF(duh)+OLL(that of a 3x3x3)

lol...I'll try your method when I finally get a new rubik's cube :) I hope to get a lot faster when I master your method :) ... oh yah...the method you're talking about is the one in the thread 'okay so I'm new to this stuff' thingy thread? k :D

I use a fake rubik's cube that even though I lubed still...doesn't move that smooth...
3x3x3 cube
