What is this puzzle? Please help!

My uncle just gave this to me the other day, and I assume its some type of rubik's related puzzle, even though its not rubiks brand... Does anyone know the name of this kind of puzzle or any information on it?

Ahh yes, of course...My cube collection adds up to about 7, I completely forgot that this is a pro forum with people that have "real" collections
