What is a sensible price to buy a Rubik's Clock for?

I would probably say no. Depending on whether it's boxed or not and depending on how it moves.

I have two Rubik's Clocks and I haven't paid over £2.99 for either of them, what's more is that one of them is boxed!
The boxed one was the more expensive of the two (I say 'expensive') but the actual clock turned out to be terrible, so I bought another one!
The second one was about £2, without a box, but in great condition and really good working order. I don't speedsolve either of them but have them for pure novelty value.
Unfortunately for you I am very unlikely to let one of them go, but seen as how we're in the UK just wait out for one on eBay. You're sure to get one on the cheap; they're quite common in the UK.

Do you think £13.50 ($22) (incl p&p) is too much?

If I don't win the auction however, WTB a rubik's clock. :D

I'd say that was reasonable. The first one I bought cost me around £15, and the second, was an ultimate ebay bargain of £0.01 + postage.

Ultimately , its up to you how much you are willing to spend, and how much you want a Clock.

Meh, it's reasonable but I wouldn't buy it without being able to play with it. I've bought about six clocks in my time and only one has been competition worthy really. Don't spend too much on it because if it's crap, it's crap and although you can do a bit to improve that, some clocks are just BAD. Including postage I would only spend £8. Really.

Edit: I just remembered I bought a great one from Michael at the last UK competition and I have absolutely NO IDEA where it is. That's annoying. Very, very annoying.
