What happened to clock pin states in cstimer scrambles?

I was just having a casual clock session on cstimer until I noticed that none of the scrambles had set pin states. Is this a recent change to the website/WCA rules? If so, why? Do I need to change my scramble type or am I just getting lucky?

its because the WCA does not count pin states as part of the scramble anymore so you can also change the pins during inspection

So what happened is that during inspection you can change the pins to however you want. It was ratified this year by the WCA. So the guy that made CSTimer decided to make it so that you can change the pins.

Sorry for the bump, but if you ever want to keep the pin on the scrambling, you can set the scramble to Clock > WCA (Old).
