Sorry if this has already been answered. I've searched the forum, but I haven't gotten a clear idea of what it really means. Appreciate it if someone could answer this for me. Thanks in advance.

A 3 Look Last Layer, or shortened to 3LLL, means you solve the last layer using a maximum of 3 algorithms. In this case, OLL is done in 2 steps (Edges then Corners) and then a single PLL permutes everything. Thus, 3 algorithms. This is a stepping stone to 2LLL (single OLL + single PLL) I believe.

Think about the '3 Look' as 'you only need to look at the last layer 3 times' to solve it. Hope you understand that!

Ooohhh now I completely understand it. Thanks a lot. So if for say, someone uses 4 algorithms, then it would be called a 4 look last layer?
