What do these stand for in algorithms?

I am trying to learn 2 Look Oll and 2 Look PLL and in some of the algs there are some letters I do not reconize. I have tried looking for notation but can't find it.
Letters:
Fw/Fw'
Lw/Lw'
x/x'
I looked at the notation on WCA but found it too advance.

Fw is like F except you move the Front 2 layers. Fw' is that inverted. Lw is basically L M. Lw' is L' M'. x is a rotation in the direction of R moves. x' is the opposite of that i.e in direction of R'

I am still confused. Sorry for bugging. I only started in may and have just now gotten around to a learning a quicker method.

Here, maybe this will help. BTW, any move lowercase is the same thing as the move's letter with an uppercase w. So "u" is the same thing as Uw. Just saying, because on the website I just linked to, they use lowercase wide turns.

In the future, don't bother looking to the WCA for notation. They are just trying to explain what the people who wrote their scramblers decided to use, and that isn't always the same as what everyone else actually uses to write algs.
