Don’t waste your money on the shengshou clock. It’s pretty bad, even after I set it up. Just pony up the extra cash and get the qiyi unless you want to waste $10 before getting frustrated and then buying the qiyi

Not gonna be serious about clock, so i want to get a feel for the event and the shengshou clock is just way cheaper

Trust me, you really don’t want a shengshou clock, even if you are just testing. I’ve used a lot of clocks, and I think the shengshou turned out worse than even my old Rubik’s brand after setup.

Update: I traded my Mr. M for an overlubed stickered MGC 4x4 that my friend has, hopefully my newly adopted cube can be fixed up and restickered soon. Any tips on how to set it up? I think its overlubed with weight 6 so.

I'm getting a good cube for 3BLD (tengyun v1, maybe guhong v4 if it's good), some lube, qiyi clock, and hopefully a new square-1. I have the volt v2 (fully magnetized) and the yuxin little magic (with mod B and cubemaster's corner mod) but they both don't suit my turning. I hope YJ releases their squan!

that is why I am getting the tengyun. I also need a new sq1, but I only have the ylm so far, so unless the mgc is out and getting good ratings, I'll buy the volt.

I’m hoping to upgrade pyra and sq1 this Christmas. I have the Moyu magnetic pyra and I basically just want a more reliable puzzle. (Doesn’t pop, stronger tip magnets) Maybe the Ms or Bell v2; any suggestions? For Sq1 I’ll probably get the Volt v2.

Ok, Interesting, never heard that opinion before. My brother has the bell v1 and imo it’s too slow and stable, but the Moyu is on the opposite end of the spectrum. So I want something more in between I guess.
