My bro has a cube 4 you transparent cube that he got about 2 months ago. When he got it was really poppy. So I tinghtened the tensions as hard as possible. It just made it slowwer and it still pops. When we frist recieved it it felt like it was falling apart. What should I do.

the C4U cubes got a nice feel IMO, but they are pretty prone to popping, guess you just have to adapt to the cube, but you should get a new cube if you cant deal with the popping, check some reviews and think about what would suit you, check how much corner cutting you accually need etc. of course, the best way to know which cube suits you best is to try it, so trying friends cubes etc. could help too if you dont want to buy several 3x3's (i got 10 different 3x3's myself, since none of my friends got anything else than storebought/crappy KO's xD)

If you think the tensions are really uneven or something take the whole thing apart. Even the core assembly. Take it back to you center caps, edges, corners, and then the screw structure like you just got it and had to put it together. Re-assemble it making sure the tensions are even. My A-V gets a little squirely when non-cubers drop it so I've done this once or twice and it really helped. If the cube is lubed though you might have to re-lube it afterwards.

I have that problem with all my cubes lolol. I don't know if this is advisable but I just tighten it until it doesn't pop then like 100 sprays of lube xD.
