Weird bug involving records

So, I noticed that it I try and type in a time in my records, and the time is one minute or longer, and the second most right digit is a 0, then the most right digit and the second most right digit appear to be swapped once I hit the save button.

For example, say I have a time of 2:13.03. Since the time is at least 1 minute and the second most right digit is a 0, the 0 and the 3, which is the most right digit, get swapped. So my time would be appear to me to be 2:13.30 after hitting save.

If anyone else has this issue, please let me know.
