i dont understand what the website is, but i like the layout, its easy on the eyes, and makes functional sense.

I agree that the layout is functional, but would definitely change the font. The constant Times New Roman looks boring and repetitive.

To me, the website seems dark, archaic, and uninviting, though not necessarily in a negative way. If this is the theme that was trying to be achieved, then it is done very well, otherwise it can be changed by altering the colors and style.

I would
1) get rid of the marquee at the top of the page-- it's distracting.
2) move the navigation bar (the one at the bottom) to just below the website banner.

Great website overall.

The tutorials are very bad.
