I thought it would be cool to have a thread about various ways of completing f2l as sometimes I go cross first or blocks or just freestyle as I go so what do you guys think are interesting ways to complete the f2l?

four corner/edge pairs -> cross and centers
2x2x2 -> 2x2x3 -> orient edges -> finish F2L with 2gen
2x2x2 -> 2x2x3 -> another 2x2x1 block -> last corner/edge pair
2x2x2 -> 2x2x3 -> finish cross -> two corner/edge pairs
2x2x2 -> "opposite" 2x2x2 -> two corner/edge pairs
2x2x2 -> finish cross -> three corner/edge pairs
extended cross -> three corner/edge pairs
1x2x3 -> other 1x2x3 -> last two edges and centers
1x2x3 -> middle two edges and centers -> finish F2L
cross -> four corner/edge pairs
cross -> four bottom corners -> four middle edges
cross -> three bottom corners -> three middle edges -> last bottom corner -> last middle edge
cross -> three bottom corners -> four middle edges -> last bottom corner
cross -> three middle edges -> three bottom corners -> last middle edge -> last bottom corner
cross -> three middle edges -> four bottom corners -> last middle edge
cross a turn off -> two corners and two edges, fix cross -> last two corner/edge pairs
cross -> middle edges -> bottom corners
middle edges -> orient edges and corners -> 2x2x1 block on bottom -> 2x3x1 block on bottom -> finish bottom (and middle)
four Heise style "squares" -> align squares and orient edge -> last corner/edge pair
bottom "triangle" -> middle edges -> insert last three bottom pieces
bottom corners -> bottom edges -> middle edges
bottom corners -> middle edges -> cross and centers
2x2x2 with missing center edge -> finish back part of F2L -> insert last edge
three cross edges -> four corner/edge pairs -> insert last edge
etc.?
