Very very quick question from a beginner

rei, just learn from his site, not from his book :P it seems like its a little unreliable in terms of algs n stuff, and obviously html is a lot easier to edit than a book once mistakes are pointed out...

HI everyone,

Most of the corrections are unfortunately instances of the publishers book making software not correctly rendering my manuscript correctly. I have no control over this, other than bringing errors to the attention of the publishers as soon as they are found, so they can correct them for the next print run.

I proof-read the manuscript, and so did the proof-reader, and we had no problems. It is only when the electronic copy gets translated into print that the problems occurred.#

All the best,
Dan
