I use the Pochmann V Perm (R' U R' D'w R' F' R2 U' R' U R' F R F) and a Pochmann F Perm (R' U2 R' D'w R' F' R2 U' R' U R' F R U' F).

i use these.
and this for E: [R2 U R' U'] [R U R' U']*2 [R U R' F U' F2]
kindly check if it doesnt work.

For the E I'm doing x U R' U' L U R U' L' U R U' L U R' U' r' which takes me about 2 seconds =) sometimes faster sometimes slower ^^

I found this strange E when messing around with COLLs:

Rw' U L D' z U' R' U Rw2 U R' U' L' U R U'

If you pull the D' with you right ring finger while doing the z rotation, it feels quite nice.
