ok so ive gotten one offer on the core so far. email me at [email protected] for more info. pieces are on a first come first serve basis.core is an auction type thing. thanks.email if u have questions and/or bids

Geez, just email v-cubes. I told you not to tell them that you got it from dealextreme, but since you already have, just tell them they are unwilling to give you replacement parts, and v-cubes should be able to send you some.

It would really suck to have to sell your v-cube for spare parts.

@ellis. i emailed them and they asked for an order id # what else was i supposed to do??? v-cubes.com told me that they would not send me new parts and that i need to contact dealextreme which i did and they were jerks about it.

Oh okay, I didn't know that you needed an order number. Vulosity said that it worked in your other thread without an order number. Did you try telling v-cubes that DX was unwilling to give you a replacement part?

no but i doubt v-cubes wants anything to do with a customer that didn't buy directly from them...what do you think?

I think its their cube, and they should have no reason to refuse to give you replacement parts. They want positive feedback from costumers, and even though you bought it from DX, they still sold the cube and made their share off of it. Its not a knockoff. If they didn't want people to buy any cubes from DX then they wouldn't sell to DX. They don't want a bunch of people around with broken v-cubes, it makes their products look bad. Vulosity said it worked when he went back unable to get replacement parts from thinkgeek. It's definitely worth a shot. Just be nice when asking, and explain your situation. Offer to pay for any replacement parts, although I would think they wouldn't charge you.
