Turning Fast?

so i kept wondering why i kept getting slow times like 22,21,23,24 etc. and it was because of my turning speed... i was turning normal but not super fast or slow... but when i speed cube, i got 14.75.... i dont know :fp
do you turn fast or slow?
lol i guess i always have to turn like crazy

I turn fast, I have tried slow, but my recognition always seems better with fast turning...

I prefer smooth and fast for CFOP. My roux isn't up to that level so it has fast turning that isn't smooth and the times are pretty bad.

When I can get slow to work, I love it. I normally go fast though.

depends on which roux step I'm in
First 2 blocks - slow
CMLL - super fast
Orient - Fast
UL/UR - Faster
Last Step - Panicky fast.
