Could have been Sub-28 without the slight cube drop hesitation at the 5th solve towards the end, luckily he still clutched and got WR!

I've posted records without videos in general speedcubing discussion before, but they just never get moved even after the video gets added. I decided that I'd wait to post about records until a video's up, but I can at least understand why someone would post it here first.
